Pilates
Sarah’s approach to Pilates is slow, controlled and often remedial to ensure the benefits of the exercises are fully appreciated. Sarah teaches classes, which cater to all levels of ability. If you have been told to by a health practitioner, or if you have just always wanted to try Pilates but have been too nervous to try. Or even if you’ve been practicing Pilates for some time. Please don’t hesitate to call Sarah.
